Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return has been received.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Since we only offer cash on delivery.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
